I think I'l try this but the amounts seem ridiculous for those who hasn't been working out. I have prepared myself weeks in advance for work outs but I always end up becoming extremely sore to the point that I can't continue haha.
I managed to do 55 fine, then 65 was good today - just a tiny bit of aching when i bend down at work. I did them in sets. Like, today I did 3 sets of 20 and then an extra five :)
